At ShiftMate, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged Items

We only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Returns Process

  • Returns must not be sent back without prior approval.

  • The return address will be provided only after confirmation by our support team.

  • Items returned without approval may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect use of the product

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged after delivery

Right to Refuse Returns

ShiftMate reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Refunds / Replacements

If your return is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method.
